Mix the flour with the cocoa and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the sugar in the milk, add the vanilla extract, the egg, beat with a wire whisk and leave the combination for the moment.
Melt the butter and chocolate (in a water bath) and pour into the sugar mass. Then add the dry mixture of flour and cocoa with a pinch of salt. Mix everything.
Spread the dough evenly in a cake tin with a diameter of 22 cm, which you have previously covered with parchment.
Bake the marshmallows in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes, then remove to cool on a wire rack.
Meanwhile, roast the nuts in a dry pan.
Pour the softened ice cream into a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Spread half of it on the already cooled tray, and put the rest in the refrigerator.
Pour the ice cream layer with half of the caramel syrup and place the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes, during which the coating will harden.
When this happens, remove the dessert, spread the remaining ice cream on its surface and sprinkle with nuts.
Top with the remaining sweet syrup, close the container with a lid or use another suitable coating and freeze the cake for 4 hours.
