Necessary products

For coconut-caramel sauce

400 milliliters of high-fat coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
1/4 teaspoon coconut sugar or other optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla to taste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt


For coffee macchiato:

170 ml strong coffee
1 teaspoon almond milk without added sweetener
1 tablespoon caramel sauce to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the coconut milk with the maple syrup, add the sugar and place the dish on the stove to boil. Let it cook until it thickens (about 10-15 minutes), stirring during this time.

Then put the vanilla extract and salt in the sauce, stir and remove from the heat.

Heat the almond milk and beat until foamy.

Put 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup, pour the coffee and mix thoroughly.

Finish the drink with the frothy milk, garnish with caramel sauce and serve.
