Necessary products:

 

  • 20 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 broken yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 baked pie crust

 

for the glaze:

 

  • 3 proteins
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Melt the butter, add the flour and mix it homogeneously. Add sugar, milk and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the egg yolks and vanilla. Pour the resulting cream into the pie crust.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar and lemon juice and spread the mixture with a syringe over the hot filling.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, allow to cool and cool the dessert. Serve cold and enjoy.
