Necessary products

For the dough:

200 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
50 milliliters of ice water
25 grams of sugar
a pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

3/4 teaspoon corn syrup
1/2 tea cup sugar syrup (brown sugar)
50 grams melted butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch salt
200 grams nuts (pecans, pecans) walnuts, hazelnuts)
100 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the flour, then add the cold butter, cut into small cubes and grind with your hands to get crumbs. Then pour the ice water and quickly knead the dough, which is stored in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

When you take it out, distribute it on the bottom and walls of a suitable shape. Cover with foil and place some weight on top (you can use peas or beans for this purpose). Bake the base for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, remove from the oven and remove the weight.

Make the filling by mixing the two syrups. Beat with a mixer, adding the eggs one by one. Pour the melted butter, add the coffee, vanilla extract, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and beat everything thoroughly.

It's time for nuts and chocolate. Mix them with the other products and distribute the combination evenly on the slightly cooled tray.

Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Let cool and then cut into pieces and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
