Learn how to cook "Caramel sauce from condensed milk and honey". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1/2 cup natural honey

120 grams of butter

3/4 tea cup brown sugar (of course, you can also use white)

400 milliliters of condensed milk

Method of preparation :

Mix honey, sugar and butter in a suitable saucepan.

Put the pan on medium heat and let the sweet mixture boil, stirring constantly.

When it boils and bubbles start to form, cook for 2 minutes (without stopping to stir).

Pour the condensed milk, stirring and allow the sauce to cook at a medium temperature until smooth.

It should acquire a beautiful golden color.

Pour into a jar or other suitable container, close tightly with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

When cooled, the sauce will thicken a lot, so you will need to heat a little when using.

You can try it by adding it to fresh or baked apples, for example.

Enjoy!
