This delicious sauce is universal. You can serve it with pancakes, French sandwich, baked apples, cake, apple pie or ice cream.

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup butter
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple brandy
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Pour the brown sugar, butter, cooking cream and salt into the pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat and pour the apple brandy and powdered sugar. Stir and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
