Required products :

4-5 tablespoons sugar
150 milliliters thick tomato juice
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the sugar into a suitable container and place on the hob.

 

Add the black pepper, add a little salt (preferably a little).

 

When the sweet crystals begin to melt, add the tomato juice.

 

Let the mixture boil for 3-5 minutes (it should thicken).

 

The sauce is ready, you can add extra salt if you prefer, but you do not need to use other spices.
