Necessary products:

 

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 125 milliliters of whipped cream
  • 200 grams of dulce de leche
  • 125 milliliters of liquid caramel
  • 300 grams of mascarpone
  • 32 cookies
  • 1-2 tablespoons cocoa

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until creamy and add the mascarpone. In another bowl, beat the cream with the dulce de lecheto until stiff.

Combine the two mixtures. Prepare a rectangular tray, dip the cookies in the caramel and arrange them in it. Spread half of the cream, smooth and arrange the remaining biscuits.

Syrup them with caramel using a dropper and finish with the rest of the cream. Cool the cake and sprinkle with cocoa just before serving. Cut, serve and enjoy!
