Necessary products:
5 apricots
Brown sugar
10 grams of butter
1 tsp lemon juice
spices: cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon
vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan. Apricots should be pre-washed and dried. Cut them in half and sprinkle the inside with brown sugar. Put them in the pan. Add the spices and lemon juice. Leave on medium heat for 5 minutes to obtain caramel from butter and sugar. Instead of apricots you can use other fruits: pears, peaches, apples, etc.
You can also prepare fruit cream. To do this, mix cream with mascarpone and add a little sugar.
