How To Cook Caramelized Bacon With Black Pepper And Brown Sugar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 340 grams of bacon slices, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2/3 tea cup brown sugar

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cover the bottom and walls of the tray with aluminum foil and place a grid of suitable size in it. Grease it with oil.
  • Spread the bacon strips on the grill and spread them with the maple syrup.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and brown sugar, then lightly press with your fingers.
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on taste.
  • Transfer it to a plate, not on kitchen paper, as it will stick.
  • Allow the caramelized bacon to cool completely before serving.
