Required products :
5 medium bananas
50 grams butter a
few tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
juice and peel of 1 orange
1 tablespoon rum
1/4 teaspoon spices of your choice (cinnamon, vanilla and others)
1/2 teaspoon grated Indian nut
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana, grate it and cut it in half.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat, add the sugar, nutmeg and other spices. Stir constantly for about a minute until the sugar is completely dissolved. When this happens, put the bananas in the bowl with the cut side down. After a few minutes, remove to a plate (should soften).
In another pan put the grated orange peel and citrus juice. Put on the stove for a few minutes until a syrup is obtained and then pour the rum. Remove from the heat and pour the bananas with the aromatic liquid. Sprinkle with ground walnuts and a little grated nutmeg. You can now serve the incredibly delicious dessert. If desired, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
