Required products :

2 chicken legs
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and spices to taste
150 milliliters of water

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken legs and place them in a bowl. Add salt to taste, add spices of your choice, add mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Mix everything well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pour the sugar into a hot pan and let it melt over low heat until it acquires a caramel hue. It is important not to burn, because it will be bitter.

Then pour the water into the pan. The caramel will thicken immediately, but as it warms, it will melt. While boiling (5-7 minutes) it will thicken slightly.

Put the legs in an oiled pan and pour plenty of caramel over them.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
