sesame seeds for sprinkling
10 grams of starch
100-150 grams of dough (prepare from the products listed below)

For the dough:

1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon starch
1/2 tablespoon oil
1 egg

Method of preparation :

First make the dough by mixing the flour with the oil, starch and egg.

Cut the fruit into large pieces.

Sprinkle generously with starch.

Dip them in the prepared dough and leave it for a while.

Then mix thoroughly so that all the pieces are evenly covered with the mixture.

Heat enough oil in a suitable pan and fry the fruit in it for a minute (no more).

Take them out on a plate, you can use a slotted spoon for this purpose.

Place a separate clean container on the hob and mix the sugar and a little oil in it. It is important to stir quickly so that the caramel does not burn and does not harden (about a minute is enough).

Put the prepared fruit bites in the sweet mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fry for a minute, stirring constantly.

The dessert is ready, you can serve.

Enjoy your meal!
