How To Cook Caramelized Pork Chops With Baked Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 pork chops with bone
  • 800 grams of potatoes, small in size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

For the spice mix :

  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes well and cut them in half.
  • Transfer them to a large bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and mix well.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Distribute them in a large pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix the spices in a small bowl. Stir.
  • Spread the steaks on both sides and set aside the rest.
  • Put the pork chops in the pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Spread with the remaining spice mix and return the pan to the oven.
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the meat caramelizes and acquires a golden brown color.
  • Garnish the pork chops with the baked potatoes, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
