Cut the figs in half and make a slit in them in the shape of a cross and squeeze them lightly to dissolve. Arrange them in a tray lined with paper.
Put a little shredded goat cheese on each half, if necessary, press lightly so that it does not fall from the fruit.
Drizzle with a little honey and bake at 200 degrees (in a preheated oven) for about 5 minutes, until they begin to soften and become sticky from the sweet juices.
Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
