How To Cook Carbonara Eggs (with Five Cheeses, Bacon And Tomatoes) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams of bacon
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 10 grams of Roquefort cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella
  • 20 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream (33%)
  • black pepper, olive oil and salt to taste


Method of preparation :

Mix all the cheese and cream, put the pan on low heat. The products will melt and the sauce will start to simmer. Stir without stopping until the consistency is uniform.

Fry the bacon, fry the eggs in a separate pan.

Peel a tomato, season with pepper, salt, pour olive oil and bake in the oven for 5 minutes (preheat it to 180 degrees).

Take the eggs out on a plate, pour the cheese sauce over them, put the pieces of bacon on it and serve the dish with tomato arrangement and bread.
