How To Cook Carbonara Potatoes With Chicken, Bacon And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 150 grams of chicken or turkey meat
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • a little salt and pepper
  • finely chopped parsley to taste
  • 2-3 strips of bacon (smoked pork breast)
  • butter

 

Method of preparation :

Grease a pan with oil, turn on the oven to heat to a temperature of 200 degrees.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into random pieces, then boil for 10-15 minutes in salted water (they should not be completely ready).

Mix the cream with the egg, parmesan and season.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent. Then add the meat, cut into small cubes, stew it with onions.

In a separate bowl, fry the bacon (smoked pork breast), before cutting into small pieces.

Drain the water from the potatoes, transfer them to the prepared pan and pour over the cream sauce. Spread the meat with the onion and bacon on it.

Bake for about half an hour in the preheated oven, reducing the temperature by half in the middle of cooking and check the readiness of the potatoes.


Carbonara potatoes go well with fish, lettuce and steaks.
