Required products :
1 medium carp
1/2 teaspoon crushed walnuts
2 onions
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
salt and ground paprika to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish, wash it under running cold water and rub with salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Peel an onion and grind it together with the walnuts using a blender. Then add the pomegranate seeds and stir.
Coat the carp with olive oil and place on a sheet of foil. Fill with the resulting aromatic combination, wrap in foil and place for 15 minutes in the oven, which is preheated to 190 degrees.
Then unroll the coating and let the fish bake for another 5-10 minutes until a golden crust forms.
