Necessary products:
1 carp (small)
3 - 4 slices of bread
1 bunch fresh parsley or dill
1 - 2 cloves garlic
1 egg
salt to taste
oil
Method of preparation:
Use only the middle part of the carp, removing the head and tail. Also remove the skin from the fish. Rub the outside and inside with salt.
Make the bread crust by removing the crust from the bread slices, and cut the inside into cubes about 5-7 mm in size. Then finely chop the parsley, mash the garlic and mix everything in a bowl. Add the egg and stir. Add salt to taste.
Take a suitable dish in which you will bake the fish and grease it with oil. Cut the carp into portions and arrange them in it. Cover them with the resulting mixture of bread, garlic and parsley and press. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Baking time depends on your oven.
