How To Cook Carp With Onions, Mushrooms And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Carp with onions, mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 carp about a kilogram

300 grams of mushrooms of your choice

2 - 3 onions

8 medium potatoes

150 grams of yellow cheese

150 grams of mayonnaise

parsley, dill

salt and spices for fish to taste

oil

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the carp, wash it and put it in a suitable container. Rub with salt and spices, fill with onions, cut into circles, generously spread with mayonnaise and leave for 15 minutes.

Fry the mushrooms, cut the potatoes into circles.

Transfer the fish to the pan in which it will be baked, having previously greased it with oil. Fill with mushrooms. Surround with potatoes, salt them and leave for 10 minutes.

Place the dish in a preheated oven and let it bake until done.

Then sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped green spices and bake briefly.
