How To Cook Carp With Tomatoes And Onions In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

1 carp

2 onions

1 carrot

1 tomato

50 milliliters of cream

2 tablespoons oil

salt, pepper and other spices to taste

Bay leaf

Method of preparation :

Clean the fish, rub it with salt and pepper, leave it in the cold for an hour, or maybe overnight.

Cut onions into semicircles, grate carrots and stew them for about 5 minutes in oil, adding a spoonful of water.

When the vegetables have cooled, spread half of them on the bottom of the pan in which you will roast the fish, and fill the carp with the other half.

Place the dish in the oven and let it bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then cut the tomatoes into circles, which you arrange on the fish. Return to the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes. Five minutes before removing, pour the cream.
