Learn how to cook "Carrot cake with cinnamon, walnuts and mascarpone cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 carrot
2 eggs
80 milliliters of oil
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150 grams of sugar
100 grams of mascarpone
150 milliliters of whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon walnuts (you can use equal parts walnuts and peanuts)
Method of preparation :
Grate a carrot, mix it with eggs, both sugar and oil. Beat with a blender. Then add the flour with baking powder and cinnamon, beat again.
Pour the walnuts into a dry pan and place on the stove for a short time (they need to dry). Add them to the dough, which you then divide into two equal baking tins (you can use one and then divide the marshmallows into two parts). Bake them at 180 - 200 degrees.
Allow the finished countertops to cool and start making the cream.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and mascarpone, add the carrot juice if you wish to give the cream a nice shade.
You should "assemble" the cake, sticking the two marshes with cream. Also cover the walls and surface of the cake with it and put it in the fridge.
