How To Cook Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese, Raisins And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

2 eggs
200 grams butter
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large raw carrot
1/4 teaspoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon walnuts
1 teaspoon sugar

For cream:

1 egg
300 grams cream cheese or soft cottage cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 packet vanilla sugar

white chocolate for decoration - optional

 

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter and allow it to cool.
Then beat it with the eggs, sugar and vanilla using a mixer. You should get the consistency of mayonnaise (about 5 minutes of beating are enough).
Add soda and cinnamon to the flour.
Grate a carrot on a coarse grater, chop the walnuts, wash and dry the raisins.
Pour the dry mixture over the eggs, add the grated carrots, walnuts, raisins and mix everything.
Mix the cream cheese with the egg, sweeten with both types of sugar.
Pour the carrot dough into a suitable form (approximately 21 * 8 cm) and spread the cream on it.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes.
If desired, you can melt white chocolate and use a pastry syringe to decorate the cake with it.
