Necessary products

For swamps :

250 grams of butter

1 cup grated carrots

1.5 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar

4 teaspoons flour

For cream :

2 teaspoons sour cream

1 teaspoon of sugar (maybe less)

cherry jam and walnuts for decoration

Method of preparation :

Mix the grated carrots with the softened butter and sugar, stir. Add the flour and baking soda quenched in vinegar, knead a thick dough. You can put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it more convenient to work with it further.

Sprinkling it with flour should not stick to your hands and rolling pin.

Tear small balls of dough and roll them thinly (the thinner the tops, the tastier the cake will be).

Bake the tops in a pan greased with oil (bake quickly if thin).

Wait for it to cool.

During this time, make a cream, whipping the cream with the sugar to form a thick foam.

"Assemble" the cake, arranging the tops on top of each other, spreading cream between them.

Spread the surface, decorate with ground walnuts and cherry jam.

Enjoy your meal!
