Learn how to cook "Carrot cakes with dried fruits and coconut". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of carrots
100 grams of coconut shavings
7 dates a
handful of raisins
2 tablespoons honey or other sweetener
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and pour it into a blender. Add the dates and grind until smooth.
Mix the resulting puree with coconut shavings, raisins and honey.
From the finished dough form cakes of any shape and size, which place in the oven at a temperature of 40 degrees for 10-12 hours until dry.
