Required products :

5 - 6 carrots

4 eggs

2 tablespoons butter

0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon water

50 milliliters of sour cream or sour cream

sugar to taste

pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the carrots, pour them into a saucepan, pour the water and stew for 15 minutes. Then puree with a blender, add sugar to taste, butter, cinnamon and let the mixture remain on the stove for another 5-7 minutes.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the cooling carrot puree, mix well and leave to cool completely.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam, add a pinch of salt. Add them to the puree and pour the mixture into a greased pan. Place in the oven for half an hour.

Before serving, cut the casserole into pieces and garnish with sour cream or optional.
