Required products :

3-4 medium carrots
250 grams cream cheese
200 milliliters liquid cream with fat content 35%
connection dill
1 clove garlic
black pepper, salt and oregano to taste
12-15 grams gelatin
100 grams smoked salmon fillet
several slices bread

Method of preparation :

Boil the carrots until soft, peel them and puree with a blender.
Pour gelatin with cold water for 10 minutes.
Add the spices to the cream and put it on the stove.

 

When it boils, turn off and add the drained gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved, then allow the mixture to cool.
Whip the cream and add the carrot puree. Stir.

 

Cut the dill and mix it with the cream cheese and grated garlic. Add to the combination of carrots and cream.

 

Prepare suitable detachable cheesecake tins and cut the slices of bread to the appropriate shape. Put the bread bases on the bottom and fill the dishes to the top with the resulting mixture.

 

 Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

 

When the dish is firm enough, remove the ring.
From the smoked salmon fillet, form roses and place them on the cheesecake.


Garnish with dill and serve.
