Learn how to cook "Carrot halva with fresh milk, almonds, raisins and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 large carrots
100 ml skim milk a
handful of raw almonds a
handful of raisins
cinnamon and cloves to taste
1-2 teaspoons honey
coconut shavings to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the carrots and steam them until soft. Then puree them.
Finely chop the almonds.
Pour the milk into a suitable container, place it on the stove, and wait for it to boil. When this happens, add cloves and cinnamon to taste, add almonds and raisins.
Bring to a boil again and remove the cloves. Add the carrot puree and let the combination cook for about 5-7 minutes until thickened (stir).
Cool the mixture, add honey, and some coconut shavings.
Stir, you should get a thick sweet mass, which you distribute in cake tins to enjoy beautiful figurines.
Garnish with whole almonds and serve.
