Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Marinate the chopped onion with lemon juice for 30 minutes, then drain.
In a pan fry in olive oil finely chopped onions for 2-3 minutes. Add the lens and turn off the stove. After 2-3 minutes, the liquid in the pan should have evaporated. Add the cumin, stir, remove from the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
When the lentils have cooled, add the egg, carrot, bread crumbs and stir. Divide into 4 large meatballs 2 cm thick.
Arrange them in a tray lined with paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix cucumber with yogurt and mint, season to taste. Serve the meatballs with tzatziki sauce. Serve with pickled onions and arugula.
