Required products :

900 grams wholesale chopped carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons mascarpone or sour cream


Method of preparation :

Put a pot of water on the stove. When the liquid boils, pour in the peeled and sliced ​​carrots. Reduce heat, close the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 15-20 minutes (carrots should become very soft).
Take them out and drain the liquid with a colander. Then grind with a food processor to obtain a puree.
Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, pour in the orange puree, add the cinnamon and sugar. Finally, add the mascarpone or sour cream. Put everything on the stove and heat, stirring, until the puree thickens. If the consistency is too thick, pour a little milk or liquid cream.
