Learn how to cook "Carrot roll stuffed with melted cheese, yellow cheese and green onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 300 grams of melted cheese
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of green onions
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • black pepper, dill and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and fry the carrots in a mixture of butter and oil. Once softened, pour into a colander to drain excess fat, put in a bowl. Add the egg yolks, season to taste with black pepper, add salt and chopped dill as you see fit.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff foam is obtained.

Carefully combine it with the carrot mass and stir.

Spread the dough evenly in a pan on a sheet of parchment. It is good that the layer is not thicker than 0.5-0.7 centimeters, because otherwise the finished sheet will break during winding.

Bake for 15 minutes at medium oven temperature (180 degrees).

While the carrot base is baking, make the filling.

Grate the melted cheese (to make it easy, put it in the fridge 30 minutes before) and the yellow cheese. Mix them, add chopped green onions, spices, mayonnaise and mix thoroughly (you can change the amount of mayonnaise, but it is good that the filling is not dry).

Remove the marshmallows from the oven, wait 5 minutes and then turn it over on a sheet of stretch film. Remove the parchment immediately and very carefully. It is possible that part of the base remains glued to the paper, but this does not bother you. You can separate with a knife and put these clippings on the marsh before distributing the filling. To prevent sticking, pre-grease the parchment with oil.

Apply the mixture of melted cheese, yellow cheese and mayonnaise evenly.

Using the foil, roll up a roll, which you leave wrapped in stretch.

Put it in the fridge, and it should stay overnight, if you are not too eager to cut it and eat it.

Have a good time!
