How To Cook Carrot Roll With Garlic And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1/2 kg of carrots

2 tablespoons butter

4 eggs

200 grams of melted cheese

50 grams of dill

1 - 2 cloves garlic

ground black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the carrots in bulk, lightly fry them in butter.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the cooled carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste, add the egg whites that you have previously beaten.

Distribute the resulting mixture in a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Then cover the "swamp" with a damp cloth, wait for it to cool and remove the paper.

Finely chop the dill, grind or crush the garlic. Mix them with melted cheese and season with spices.

Distribute the resulting filling evenly over the carrot base and form a roll, which you wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, after which you can serve.
