How To Cook Carrot Salad With Nuts, Parsley And Lemon Dressing - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4-5 medium-sized carrots
  • 20 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 20 grams of roasted walnuts
  • 1 medium bunch parsley
  • juice and peel of half a lemon
  • olive or walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • freshly ground white pepper
  • left


Method of preparation :

Peel the carrots, grate them. Cut the stems of parsley, chop the leaves finely.

Mix the lemon juice and mustard, add olive / walnut oil to taste, season with white pepper and salt, and finally add honey. Stir.

Cut half of the nuts large, the rest - finely.

Pour the carrots into the salad bowl, sprinkle with parsley, hazelnuts and walnuts. Drizzle everything with the aromatic sauce and mix the finished salad.
