Required products :

  • 450 grams of carrots, peeled and grated in bulk
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped in bulk
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Place the carrots and nuts in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and salt.
  • Carefully crush the toasted sesame seeds and add it to the dressing. Stir.
  • Slowly pour the dressing over the carrots and pistachios, stirring constantly.
  • Finally add the parsley and stir briefly.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes before serving.
