How To Cook Carrot Salad With Red Beets, Pomegranate And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Carrot salad with red beets, pomegranate and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

For the salad :

  • 1 head of red beets, peeled
  • 3 carrots, peeled
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful of raw walnuts

For the dressing :

  • 1/4 tea cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tea cup freshly squeezed tangerine or orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • dry herbs / thyme, oregano, rosemary /
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tea cup cold pressed olive oil

Method of preparation :

  • Use a peeler to cut the carrots and beets into thin strips or grate them.
  • Divide them into bowls without mixing them.
  • Prepare the milk dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a clean glass jar or small bottle. Close tightly and shake vigorously.
  • Sprinkle the carrot salad and serve.
