Learn how to cook "Carrot salad with spinach and green beans". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
350 grams of fresh spinach
250 grams of frozen green beans
350 grams of carrots
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the spinach, dry it and cut it into wide strips. Cut the green beans in half, the carrots into thin circles.
Put a bowl of water on the stove and once it boils, put the carrots in it for 2 minutes. Then add the green beans. 2 minutes later, pour the vegetables into a colander to drain the liquid and rinse them with cold water.
Then mix in a suitable bowl the carrots, beans and spinach.
Peel a clove of garlic, grind it and mix it with honey. Add soy sauce, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, pour the resulting sauce and stir the salad.
