How To Cook Casserole Of Green Lentils And Potatoes With Garlic And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Green lentil and potato casserole with garlic and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cup soaked green lentils
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • black pepper (ground)
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Soak the lentils for 10 hours in cold water, then boil it.

Peeled onions cut into cubes and fry in oil.

Mix the cooked lentils and potatoes, add the onion and grind or puree with a blender combination.

Add the flour, crushed garlic, spices and stir.

Distribute the resulting "dough" evenly in a greased pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the surface with grated yellow cheese and bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Serve the casserole hot with cream sauce (sourdough) and crushed garlic.
