Required products :
600 grams of minced meat of your choice
500 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of sour cream
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon semolina
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon oil
salt, pepper and other spices to taste
grated yellow cheese if desired
Preparation :
Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut into small pieces. Fry them in a pan without fat until the liquid evaporates, stirring, then pour the oil and add the finely chopped onion. Let them cook together for about 3 minutes.
Fry the minced meat separately until it acquires a grayish tinge. Mix it with the mushrooms and onions in a suitable baking dish. Add semolina, egg, salt and spices to taste, stir.
Make the sauce by mixing 1.5 teaspoons of warm water with the flour, add the cream, spices and place the dish on the hob. When the combination boils, let it cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
Pour the minced meat and mushrooms with the resulting sauce and bake the dish in a preheated oven to 200-220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
If desired, you can sprinkle the finished casserole with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes to bake and form an appetizing coating.
