This dish is preferred by the hosts because it is easy to prepare and very tasty.

Products may vary depending on preferences. If you want a lighter dish, replace potatoes and mushrooms with vegetables (carrots, green peas, etc.).

Necessary products:

for 6 servings:

  • 800 grams of meat (pork, beef or veal)
  • 12-14 potatoes
  • 2-3 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • cream
  • 6 teaspoons butter
  • 400-600 milliliters of broth or water
  • frying oil
  • left
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash, dry and cut the meat into large pieces, fry it on both sides in very hot oil until golden brown.

Lightly fry the mushrooms first, then the potatoes.

Arrange the products in the casserole: put the meat on the bottom and season with salt and pepper, followed by onions and carrots, sprinkled with chopped garlic. Then arrange the potatoes, again salt and pepper, parsley. The next layer is the mushrooms. Put 1 teaspoon of oil on top and pour the broth or water. You can pre-mix a spoonful of cream with water or broth (do not pour cold and undiluted cream on the meat, because it will sour during heat treatment).

Fill all the pots and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees. When they are ready, take them out of the oven, but do not serve immediately (let them stand for 15-20 minutes).

You can sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
