How To Cook Casserole With Breadcrumbs, Ham And Spinach - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 head finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 400 grams of dough
  • 250 grams of ham
  • 300 grams of pepperoni salami
  • 2 tea cups grated cheddar
  • 1/2 cup chopped marinated hot peppers
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method of preparation :

Pour olive oil into a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and spinach, when the spinach leaves melt, remove from the heat.

Spread the dough on the bottom of a greased pan. Arrange slices of ham on top, then pepperoni, and sprinkle marinated peppers on top.

Cover with stewed vegetables.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour the egg mixture over the arranged products in the pan.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 40 minutes. Allow the dish to cool for 10 minutes, then cut.
