How To Cook Casserole With Broccoli, Cauliflower And Spinach - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 medium-sized head of cauliflower / cauliflower
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small stalk of leek
  • 1 red pepper (sweet)
  • 300 milliliters of cooking liquid cream with 10% fat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • spinach link
  • salt, dry Mediterranean spices, black pepper

  

Method of preparation :

Divide the cauliflower and broccoli inflorescences, blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and drain the liquid using a colander.

 

Cut leeks into semicircles, sweet peppers into small cubes, and grate tomatoes, peeling them.

 

Mix and lightly beat the eggs, cream and tomato paste. Season with black pepper, add salt.

  

Stew leeks and peppers in hot oil, add spinach to them.

 

Follow the two types of cabbage and season.

 

Transfer the vegetable mixture to a pan and pour over the sauce of eggs, tomatoes and cream.

 

Sprinkle the surface with grated yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

 

After 35-45 minutes a golden crust will have formed.

 

The dish is ready. Turn off the oven, but do not remove it immediately. Let it stay in it for another 15 minutes. Then cut the casserole into pieces and serve.
