How To Cook Casserole With Eggs In Whipped Cream And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tea cup whole cream
  • 6 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 teaspoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 6 teaspoons melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Grease the bottom and walls of 4 pots with oil and distribute the chopped old onions.
  • Add 1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of cheese and 1 tablespoon of cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully beat 2 eggs in each pot.
  • Spread the remaining cream on the eggs, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, a pinch of salt and poppy seeds.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven under a lid for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve the eggs warm, garnished with chopped fresh onions.
