How To Cook Casserole With Leeks, Sausage And Cream Topping With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kilogram of leeks

250 grams of smoked sausage

3 onions

300 grams of ready-made puff pastry

melted cheese

1 tablespoon oil

2 - 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

4 eggs

200 grams of nonfat sour cream

100 grams of yellow cheese

salt and ground black pepper to taste

a little flour

Method of preparation :

Cut the sausage into circles and bake without fat in a pan. Also cut leeks into circles, finely chop the old onion and mix them. Stew them in a little butter (several times a little), then season with salt and pepper, add the sausage.

Grease the bottom of the pan with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the dough, and it should cover the walls of the dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs again. This is followed by half of the melted cheese, cut into strips and half of the mixture with the onion and sausage. Then again cheese and the rest of the onion stuffing.

Make a topping by mixing the grated yellow cheese, beaten eggs, cream, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over the dough and filling. Place the casserole in the oven at medium heat for 45-50 minutes.
