Peel, wash, dry the potatoes and grate them. Drain the water, add salt, pepper and savory. Beat the eggs, add the cheese, onion, ham and stir the mixture.
Heat some olive oil in a pan, pour the mixture and smooth the surface. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Turn the casserole over with a flat plate and bake the other side, but without covering with a lid.
When ready, place on a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese, serve immediately. Cut and eat with pleasure.
