Required products :

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs, broken
  • 150 milliliters of low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 2 onions, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 sausages
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 75 grams of frozen peas, thawed

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the spices, egg and milk until a liquid dough is obtained.

Put onion and pepper in a pan and pour olive oil.

Bake them for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then add the sausages, tomatoes and peas, bake for another 10 minutes.

Pour the dough over the sausages and vegetables and bake for another 30-35 minutes until done.
