How To Cook Casserole With Vegetables, Sausage And Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh potatoes
  • 3 heads of old onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 400 grams of raw sausage
  • salt, pepper
  • 50 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 1-2 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a suitable pan and fry the finely chopped onion. Cut the carrots, tomatoes and potatoes and add them to the onion. Season with salt, pepper, stir and stew the dish for ten minutes.

Cut the sausage into pieces, add it to the dish and pour the cream and wine. Season further with the bay leaves and pour the mixture into a pan.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, optionally cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. When ready, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley, distribute portions and serve.
