Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees, grease two 25-centimeter pans with a falling bottom and line with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, leavening agents and salt. In another, mix the sour cream and flavors.
In a food processor with a few pulsations, combine the sugar and butter, add the eggs one by one, and after they are absorbed by the mixture, add the sour cream.
Add the flour in three portions, pulsing again, alternating the addition of milk with the flour.
Pour the dough evenly into both pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then carefully remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
For the chocolate ganache, heat the cream almost to boiling and pour it over the chocolate. Wait 2-3 minutes, then stir to combine. Add a little nourishing black paint to enhance the color.
Cut a circle about 10 cm in diameter in the center of the cakes (measure exactly where you placed the circles so that the two cakes match exactly). Save the circles.
Cut exactly 1/3 of one end of the cake rings (you don't need this 1/3 anymore).
Grease most of the circles with butter cream and glue. Wait for them to set briefly and straighten the cake so that it steps on its cut sides.
Use a straw to attach the head to the cake.
Freeze the cake for about 30 minutes until cool.
Spread on all sides with ganasha and return to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Cover with another layer of ganache and put back in the freezer. This is followed by a third last layer of chocolate and cooling.
Wrap the cotton candy around a skewer so that you get a tail that you stick in the cake in the right place.
Cut two triangles from the black fondant. These will be the cat's ears, which you stick with the help of sticks.
Cut bones, skeleton and the inside of the ears from the white fondant. Glue them in the appropriate places with the rest of the ganasha or a little water.
Use a marker to draw the kitten's mustache, and for the eyes you can use white fondant circles, which you color. You can choose straight colored fondant, and why not candy?
