Necessary products:

 

  • 500-600 grams of catfish
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon fish broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 grams of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3/4 tea cup cornflour
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

 

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion cut into crescents. Add chopped pepper, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and stir. Season with garlic and chili. Add the capers, pour the broth, and after boiling chicken with a mixture of flour and water.

Season the fish with cumin, put it briefly in the sauce until it is sealed, and set aside. Prepare a pan, spread the vegetable sauce, and arrange the fish on top.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Cool the dish, distribute it on a plate and serve with a garnish of your choice.
