Required products :

  • 500 grams of cauliflower / cauliflower
  • 120 grams of yellow cheese
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 25 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 5 milliliters of oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Divide the cauliflower inflorescences (as small as possible). Put them in two liters of boiling water with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Remove to a colander to drain the water and allow the cabbage to cool slightly.

Then transfer it to a form greased with oil and start with the sauce.

Finely grate the yellow cheese, melt the butter and fry the flour in it, stirring quickly.

Start pouring a little of the milk and stir so that no lumps form.

Heat the sauce so that it does not boil, and in the meantime do not stop stirring.

When you remove the pan from the heat, add about 3/4 of the cheese. Stir again and add salt.

Pour the cauliflower into the pan with the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown) at an oven temperature of 180 degrees.

Have a good time!
