How To Cook Cauliflower Bites With Korean Sauce And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • a small cauliflower
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil

 

for the dough

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 milliliters of water

 

for the sauce

 

  • 30 milliliters of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 20 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the cauliflower and set it aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, salt, baking powder and water. Beat with a wire whisk, dip each cauliflower flower in the batter and fry in hot fat.

Drain and arrange the vegetables on a plate. Fry in sesame oil garlic, ginger, add soy sauce, chili and sugar.

Allow the mixture to simmer until thickened. Serve the vegetable bites, garnished with the resulting sauce.
